Before you ask
Yes. Systems ship by crate, with the packing list mapping one-to-one to the configuration list. Shipping method and Incoterms are set against the destination — give us the country or port and we will price accordingly. Wireless units containing batteries carry separate sea and air restrictions, which we flag in advance.
Yes — retrofits are a large part of the work. Where the cab cannot be cut, use a surface-mount terminal; where a loaded pin cannot be swapped, derive load from hydraulic pressure; and the collector can be mounted away from the cab to shorten sensor runs. Send cab and boom-heel photographs and we will propose the mounting.
Installation and calibration documents ship with the order, and remote guidance during commissioning is supported. For volume projects or complex duties that need an engineer on site, state the location and time window in your enquiry and we will answer honestly on what can be arranged.
